this was pointed out on another board and I feel it fits the March release of the masked gorilla.
Where does an 800lb gorilla sleep?
Anywhere he wants...
To me its in line with the Banksy hype machine and the release date. Everyone expected the christmas release and he says we do what we want. After having that pointed out, it took on a whole new meaning for me.

Love this piece , certainly makes up for girl and the flower ! In my mind this piece and the "Shop till you drop" are up there with his best pieces. Certainly been busy in the last few weeks.

i saw on mark hooked's instagram that the flags have been taken down already. which kind of leaves the piece somewhat weakened by their removal.
as for the image - cashing in on cashing in?

Removing the flags would really harm the piece. Is there any precedent for him fixing up a piece? Maybe painting the flags on?
