I went to her first show at Jonathan's a couple of years ago and was intrigued by her fascination with chickens. There's a nice homage to classic animation that permeates her work. I also think of those animated snack foods urging us to "go into the lobby" during intermission.

I admit a special love for her art - it's so warm and fun and (of course) nostalgic that i wish i could plaster my walls in it. here're are a few of my faves (because i like seeing pics in these threads

"You Satisfy Me" My contribution to the MONSTER? show this past Saturday at Copro Gallery. I am a huge zombie/horror fan, this painting was sooo much fun to do.

I sadly missed the Monster? show but I want to say that all the work was awesome...I am partial to the zombie though. I am really liking the new direction....hopefully we see more like this one from Nouar! Her rendering style seems to just get better and better....
