+1....cool video. Vhils really goes to town. To work on that big of a scale with all the different tools and mediums is pretty damn cool.
I want to see one of his pieces in person. I guess they are paper dipped in resin and extremely brittle and fragile. Quite the technique. I wonder about the long term archival quality of the work. Both pieces sold with the quickness at the recent show though!!

Thought you guys may like to see some snaps of the Vhils show. I visited Alex in his studio a couple of weeks before the show.  Scratching the Surface at Lazarides Rathbone     The rest of the set are are gradually being added to my flickr here over the weekend. |

This is really exciting, I'm going to be in LA in two weeks and I can't wait to check this out and to see the Eurotrash show. I hope Conor Harrington decides to do something in LA while he's there as well.
