Just got an email with a preview link to the SF's show. This is the first time I've heard of him and boy, his pieces look really awesome! A killer combination of Margaret Kilgallen/Anthony Lister/Robert Rauschenberg, eh?
I'd love to have one of his pieces in my collection someday. I noticed that many of his pieces came from Stolen Space. I wonder if they're just simply leftovers.
Found objects are always ++++ for me....
I'll try my best to make to the show this Thursday though.

Yep unsold stuff from his London show...the other works are all new. Prices seem around the same level as the UK show.

really dig this kid. Even a little Mcgee in there in the way he pieces the parts together.

To be complete, here is the link to a walkthrough/interview with him. Sounds like he "borrowed" some mailboxes lol. Here is the showthread for his Fifty24SF show.

Here's most of my WTM's. I reckon he's pretty awesome. my favourite, manilny for the way in which light gets behind and catches the bare canvas causing the painting to glow:

Thanks svenman.
I think we've talked on another forum. About WTM there too I think...

Not taken much by this new work, it seems like a bad rehash of mcgee and frost together.

In a gallery setting, I prefer WTM paintings on found objects. Nonetheless, I couldn't resist the small canvas piece at the Thinkspace booth at Scope Miami. Titled Never Worry, the image and color palette are terrific, and it is classic WTM (well, except it isn't on a found object).
