I think that's terrible.
It's hard to see the merit or worth in running a stock image through a filter and then turning it into a stencil. And the red arrow annoys me greatly too...
I was amazed to read that his 100cm x 100cm canvasses are now priced at €4000!

Looks like one of the street artist/performers down in Venice.

Anyone who works with photoshop knows that is a couple of the "Artistic" filters at work there.
Looks bad, and should not be rewarded as if its amazing street art.
