I know it seems my only posts are regarding how long something should take, my last one on how long to wait until it is ok to sell something and now this.
I will not name names, but in March of this year I ordered a print from a Gallery, extremely good Gallery and I have purchased originals in the past from them. I contacted them end of March to make sure payment went through and there were no issues.
I have since emailed once in April to ask about shipping of print, the show did not come down until early April and I was told they are working on getting everything shipped out, the prints were not in yet.
Now we are turning the half way point of May and I do not want to continue to pester them as I do plan on purchasing in the future from them, but at the same time I am going on over two months regarding this issue.
So at what point do you think enough is enough.

My experience with them was that it took MANY emails to FINALLY get a package out... If it's the place I'm thinking of. What they lacked in customer service, though - they made up for in inflated prices.

I've experienced this before, it's annoying. I just figured the gallery thinks "it's only a print...I'll get to it". I would call them on the phone tomorrow and the next day to remind them politely. It's often hard to walk the narrow line of being a "good customer" and a pain in the ass but that's to long to wait. Best regards HIGHBROW.

I think you have waited long enough.
I know that most galleries do their very best to keep their customers satisfied but some just have poor customer service and then make you feel like an annoying customer. I once ordered an expensive print, paid immediately via paypal just to receive the reply they are sorry but the print had already sold out some time ago. So I asked for a refund and it took me about two weeks and several mails to get my money back, thinking all the time: "What are you waiting for? Just log into your paypal account and click refund!"

Totaly agree, the only reason I did not post the gallery name is I have purchased from them a number of times and this is the first time i have had any issue with what so ever so figured it was something that was uncommon and the gallery that was emailed to me via pm was not the same gallery
