I was thinking of starting to attempt to show my work around to some different cafes or small stores, etc. However, I am still somewhat self-conscious of my stuff, and would like to know what you think, what I should work on, which directions you prefer, and certainly any criticisms, technically, or if I am taking any influences to literally (I am certainly worried about that), etc. Anyway, if you don't have anything nice to say, please speak up, it is the only way I can improve thanks

I'd have to think about this more to really give you any meaningful feedback, but right off the bat I personally think the first one is the strongest and my favorite of the bunch.

I to first would like to say congrats on being big enough to show your stuff. I also have to say I really like the one of the tree, the idea is great.

Thanks for the responses, I find I feel better after throwing them out there for everybody to see. I just want to make sure though, that if any body feels they are not at the right level yet, or if there are any glaring weaknesses to let me know. Personally, I feel like I am close, but am missing something to take me the next step.

I like the tree and the blood cells looking one. they seem more organic out of the stuff you have.
personally i don't like the ones where there are just geometric shapes, reminds me of homework for engineering or architecture class (even though i never too one lol). also, the colors don't seem quite right or attractive to me.
good luck with your art...

geoff, knowing where you are coming from, i like the more 'architectural' pieces that you have here. have previously seen them on your flickr and dug the piece made up out of multiple sections of wood. still really dig it now... best of luck with getting the work out there.
