Any idea what the prices were on some of the interactive pieces? Say that shutter piece? Or the larger ones?

i've walked down that street many times. in a more orthodox way than that chap. his moves remind me of the dance scene from the big lebowski.

guys, I need your help with this - after beating myself on the head for missing this, I cracked and got one from eBay... anyways, the record just arrived, and after initial excitement, I realized that the quality of the print on the outside sleeve is actually very bad... as if the paper moved during printing or something, making some areas really messy/blurry: now, since Im not the original buyer, Im not sure if AI will be willing to help me with this.. also, this is not seller's fault (I do think he should have mentioned it), so Im not sure what he can do about it.. the only thing I know is that Im not feeling comfortable spending my money on such copy (even if I paid the original price)... any tips/suggestions/ideas are welcome... cheers!

that looks tight to me actually sal. i think you must be referring to the less 'sharp' lines at the base of the rabbit.... i think if they were smudged or out of register, then those other lines on top of the head would be too. you would find it pretty hard to part smudge a screenprint on a colour pass. it's pretty much all or nothing.

From my meager screenprinting experience on paper it looks as if the paint smudged when the screen was lifted (since the paint is only smudged at the bottom), that's always tricky when printing on paper as it does not absorb the paint as quickly and as good as clothing. In any case I think you should contact the seller or maybe better the manufacturer of the print as this should be replaced. Good luck, and I hope they can fix this.

thanks for your msg Katrin.. I must say that I totally agree with you, as that's what I was thinking when I first noticed the smudges... but, it seems that other people (mostly on BF), are not sharing that opinion, and I ended up being a "whiner" cause of this.. most of people say that is normal for a hand screened print, and I should not make a deal about it... so I guess I wont..
I do agree with you, and I do think there shouldn't be any smudges on this one, but we seem to be minority in this case.. plus, since I bought this on the 2nd market, I doubt the manufacturer will be willing to help..

How often does he use color? I think that's his first piece I've seen with anything but black/grey/white

Might be the first with red on the blood and carcass , but not sure.
