Picked up this Reuben Rude at the sketch tues. event in SF (A bunch of artists work on pieces throughout the night and slap them up on the wall for sale). I picked this up figuring someone here *really* digs his work, so I'm selling this at cost: $20 +shipping. Work is on layered cardboard. Preference to peeps in SF and the U.S. Lemme know if you're interested.

been meaning to go to another sketch tuesday (but i always remember too late)... went to one last year, that was just okay, but it seems like they've been attracting some interesting artists lately.

Not sure who you mean really "digs" his work on these boards? Anyway, I was there too and wanted the one he was doing of the guy holding the baby - but someone picked it up before me. We left before he finished this one. Though we did pick up the commission he was doing for us, as well as sketches by Deth P Sun, David Choong Lee and Ferris Plock. A pretty good list of artists there, many more showed up than the published lists.
Anyway, if no one picks it up by the end of the weekend, i'll take it. It would probably work really well as a gift.
Let me know

I think you qualify as someone who digs Rueben Rude seeing how you've got quite a few pieces by him ... haha. I'll take you up on your offer if no one else speaks up. Oh, and here's a link to some pics I took last night of the event: www.flickr.com/photos/sketchypad/sets/72157605299631887/Most of the work there was $20, and there were even some free pieces. Fun to watch the artists work on their pieces.

svenman,
Glad it arrived safely. Seems like the United States Postal Service First Class service worked well. Only took 7 days.
