Today I broke down and decided it was time to get rid of slow CLEAR internet and upgrade to the good people at comcast. I for went the 100 dollar charge and figured I could put a splitter on myself and I did so. The modem shows reading everything meaning all lights come up, however I am using a macbook pro and for the life of me am unable to connect to the internet. I have tried calling customer service with no avail or help, the first person said we cant conect with macbook computers. So I am wondering if anyone on here who is a mac person has comcast and am I missing a step somewhere.
thanks

I don't currently have that set up but I did in the past and had no problems connecting onto the internet with Comcast via a Mac.
