The Dangler. Love his imaginative style... Sometimes his colors bother me a little though. I especially like when he does portraits of weird creatures like the ones below.

Thanks Marcus!.. Definitely getting down to it now. I put a lot into this show, even down to the framing and eventually down to the flow of the way they are hung in the gallery... every little detail counts, and I am hoping it will create an awesome show for everyone to enjoy. The work itself, I believe is my best to date... I really focused on capturing an emotion, or a facial expression that will hopefully unlock a repressed emotion or memory inside the viewer. My hopes are to create something much deeper and profound then perfectly executed wall paper... if you know what I'm saying. Art is my heart and soul... I hope anyone reading this has a chance to stop in Gallery 1988 to see the work, I have little details of texture in my work that fully come into play when the gallery lighting reflects off of it... so internet and photographs don't give the work much justice. The face in "Torah's Little Secret" for instance, is almost completely raised off of the board in paint. I really hope to meet you all, I do much better on the internet... and even though I will most likely be completely bewildered and awkward at the show ... just know inside my introverted head I truly appreciate your support, and in all seriousness you are fulfilling my dreams.

Welcome Dangler! Loved the way you mounted those paintings on the thick wood. I have my eye on one so we'll see what happens. Will definitely try to make it out to your show.

Thank you so much - I really hope I get a chance to talk to you and Marcus at the show... I enjoy reading your posts on various art message boards. - I don't think anyone would disagree that you know what you're talking about. Being so, I am truly flattered that you have interest in my work man... very much appreciated.

This one was my favorite but was at work when the preview came out. I guess I beat you to it. that almost makes me feel like I stole something from your personal collection sleepboy. I'm glad other people appreciate the same work that I do.
