Mods...if this is the incorrect section to post this, please move it to the proper forum Went to LACMA with my girl today. I haven't been in about 4 years. Such a great place to see some contemporary masterpieces. No photos were allowed, but i sneaked a few with the iphone . Wanted to share some photos with you all, especially for non LA locals who have never been. I snapped a pic of this piece because it really reminded me of Scott Radke's art. The face area made me immediately think of Scott's work. Pollock Picasso Picasso....they had a lot of Picasso pieces, an entire room actually. Who's work does this remind you of? Fernand Leger..........seems that this artist had a lot of influence on Mark Kostabi's style. Warhol Warhol So bummed that this was the only pic I could get of Koons work. There is an entire huge room of his work, and it's really cool in person. I had my iphone out, waiting to strike when the time was right. The guard lady said "boy you really want a pic of that piece don't you". She kept an eye on me the entire time, so much so that all i could get was a shot of the dog while walking.
