Yes, she also caught my eye during that g1988 show but i was distracted by amy sol LOL. Very affordable. Jensen from g1988 LA told me that they purposely didn't mention her much or build hype for her until the show opened. "Hiding" her LOL. They signed her to that show long before like over a year in advance i think. A big risk that paid off.

absolutely! Katie said that Gary Baseman introduced them and you can't go wrong with baseman's instincts  She's a lovely, lovely girl and i'm kinda on a buying jag since i'm sure prices will be going up and up! |

yes! krista's work from g1988 was awesome. i was really close to getting something of hers, but i was on a spending freeze.  charity, where did you get the rose one from? i don't remember seeing that at the 1988 show. |

I love her work as well. I am very excited to see where she is going. I think her characters on horseback are really amazing as well...
She has another show coming up I believe

I love Kristas work so much..Im excited to see more of her stuff and maybe start collecting her! She will have a show in the loft room at Corey Helford Gallery I believe on July 26, 2008! Exciting!

charity, where did you get the rose one from? i don't remember seeing that at the 1988 show. i contacted her directly to ask about a mailing list and such and through chatting found that this piece was available and i had to get it! and holy, friggin moly. this thing is HUGE in person. i was shocked. |

Wow, I like her stuff quite a bit! I particularly like the ballerinas and the Alice in Wonderland piece. Guess I need to add her to the list. If only I had heard of her sooner! Guess I was too obsessed with Audrey at the time to notice.

yep, 3 individual 16x20 pieces. i want to get little metal plaques to mount to the frames with the name of each subject.
not sure when these'll be wrapped up, but i'm just stupid-beside myself at her vision.
