Love the silver Portfolio, "hell ride" looks amazing. Nice small edition as well. If we find a third that wants the high five we could split a set. ;-) Thats my only issue with the sets is neither would I want all three prints, really just interested in Saturday Morning

The new abstract pieces at known are something to behold You know what, I have to concur. Really quite impressive. And I was, in fact, incorrect in stating it was a commission. It was from the last LAZ show, priced at 85k. Figured it was a commission based on the large murals someone at the company had to have arranged for directly with Choe. Wish I could play around with Zuckerberg's bank account a bit on some art. Not sure what the hell he's buying Choe pieces for with as close to a never ending supply of money as anyone in the new money generation could have. But then again, I read something recently about him living a deliberately modest lifestyle (have you seen his house? not even close to what someone with a net worth of close to 15 billion), reportedly due to his bizarre relationship with longtime girlfriend..who somehow is entitled to half his assets even without being married as result of how long they've been together.

I have a tendency to enjoy art more if I really like the artist as a person. I also know that is a simplistic view of things. If I really love the piece, that is all that truly matters.
That said, I was perusing some Facebook comments the other day and there is David Choe, telling me "I want to stick my thingy inside of you."
Somehow I had missed the handjob and the double penetration comments previous to that. Not sure how though.
I know I shouldn't take it personally, he was telling everyone else the same things I suppose.
I also understand an artist's need to promote themselves, but this guy just always comes off as an arrogant not a very nice person that I would never want near my daughters.

Damn copy / paste.
It should have read "I want to stick my thingy inside of you."
