While I do admire Tauba's paintings, I'm not too fond of her new pop-up book. I think it's because my wife collects many pop-up books and there are some pop up books that actually look similar to hers, especially, the Japanese pop up books as they're very popular in Japan. Nevertheless, to be a hypocite, I'll just buy it for her because it'll be a great gift for her collection!

On nice. Had wondered if these would've been recycled work from The W Axis. Looking mindboggling as ever. Thanks for the images.

Oh no, you have to be kidding! Please tell me it went so high that it was totally priced out of my league. How did we all miss this?

Someone who bid said it prob went for 60-70k alright, that makes me feel much better. You never know with these charity auctions, I remember not long ago someone picked up a fantastic Jose Parla watercolor for what I think was $6,500.

Well that's that then. Looks like the pop-up book is as close as I'll come.

This is my first post so im sorry im not bringing more to the table, but ive looked through this forum and couldn't find a space suitable to ask this question so im hoping here will be ok. Im trying to find images of the pixel works that are available on paulson press, but images of the prints in a frame rather than the jpegs used to show the work on the website. Any help would be great, ive been pondering which of the prints to get for months now.. I need to make my mind up soon really Anyone got pics of the color version ?

Tauba Auerbach signs with Paula Cooper Gallery in NY. She has a solo show of new work planned for 2012.

A new Fold painting at Luhring Augustine, which is interestingly where I had originally been tipped off she'd be signing in NY.

Very nice. Have been on the fence with the Paulson etchings for reasons unknown. But that 50/50 looks nice framed up and I can only imagine they'll look stellar together as a set on the wall. Report back with your impressions once you receive them. Good call going with the Fine versions as well. They really do come across much stronger aesthetically.
Still regret not jumping on the last proof they had of Yes Or No And/Or Yes And No a long while back.
