you going to the opening sleepy?
i'm slightly confused by the pairing i must say... both great artists, but i would expect they would draw very different crowds.

The Amy Sol "Midnight was a Gentle Dragon" is jaw dropping. Seen a few peeks of Miss Sol's pieces for the show and she has taken her work to a new level. Truly enchanting.
Should be a powerhouse show.

i understand your point tpthaler, i guess i'm used to seeing more similar styled pairings.... 'tis all.
can you get wheeled about sleepboy? you could use your swollen and elevated leg as a battering ram for crowd control...
i NEED to see pics from this show. chloe is wonderful. all of LA should get and see this show and make her feel welcome.

Thanks everybody for the comments! It's going to be a great show. I'll try to keep some new images coming. Here's a studio shot of the painting from Amy Sol to give everyone an idea of the size...

Another amazing painting from Chloe's upcoming show...it's 96" x 72" that's pretty impressive jan, both in terms of scale, which i can only marvel at through my imagination, and also it's composition. very nice. i presume the paintings have arrived there now. it would be like an early christmas for me if i were opening that crate

I have enjoyed but not loved Chloe Early's work in the past but her new works are really growing on me. Early has polished her style and I love it, looks to be a pretty impressive body of work.
Also can't wait to see all of Amy Sol's "Dear Milky Way" series. Very exciting.

Did anyone pick up one of Chloe's pieces? I thought Paradise Lost was a particularly strong piece and for the size good value. Seems crazy that buying pieces in the US and shipping back to England is cheaper than buying UK based artists in England. The £ is not that strong against the $ compared to 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, don't think I want to brave the crowds with my bum knee yet. Hopefully, we'll be able to get some pics though. Would have loved to make this show, the Mini show, and the Trustocorp show.

Here are 2 more works from Chloe Early and Amy Sol. Although all of the paintings from both artists are sold out, we hope that everyone will come out to see these amazing paintings in person. Chloe and Amy will be in attendance at the opening and at this point there will be a print available from Chloe of "Silver Tip Symphony". And hopefully one from Amy as well.

Sven, the prints are 27" x 20.25", edition of 50 and they're $300 each. Chloe proofed the color at the printer yesterday and they look great. If you want one, just write to me or contact sarah@coreyhelfordgallery.com. The print is of "Silver Tip Symphony", the largest painting in the show. We'll miss you at the opening Sven! You too Sleepboy. "Silver Tip Symphony"
