Holy crap. I thought all she collected was shoes... Didn't they go to prison or something? Do they still own all this?

Most likely. They were in exile in Hawaii for a while, then went back again. The Video was only i think few years ago from what appears to be her penthouse unit in upscale area in the Philippines. I think she is a governor now somewhere in the Philippines (her son being a senator elected recently).
