I'm sorry..but screw the Giants especially Cody Ross! Couldn't watch a single game of the Series this year due to how poorly the Phils played. Still not over it, mainly due to the fact we won't have Werth back next year. I have to imagine it was probably a pretty boring series, and had even poorer ratings, than the 2008 WS betwen the Phils and the Rays..which was before the Philly really gained a strong following due to our roster. Without question, though, the better team one in the NLCS..in the Giants. So props to them. When Howard didn't have a homer in his last 40+ games, nor a single RBI in the entire post season, something is clearly not clicking. Oh well. I can't tell you how excited I was when I heard Pat Burrell was benched. Still sucks he got another ring, but at least Lee didn't..who also talked shit on us dumping him for Halladay which was a wise move. The Giants smoked the Rangers way worse than us..Gotta give it to them. Their bats were the only bats that were hot in a post season - and regular season - completely and utterly dominated pitching. Loving this rebirth of the pitcher. And I watch sports, Cory. Probably too much. Also never bother posting here cause no one responds..not that there's been much participation by many recently for anything. Feel like I'm talking to myself sometimes. Ha.

Lowpro my lonely sports fan, sadly I am neither a Giants or Philly fan so my congrads was just trying to get the ball rolling, I also agree posts here as of late appear to be Mods and someone posting alot of links and his opinions about the links.
Lets go Miami heat the home town will do it this year.

Let's just say it was a lose lose situation for a Dodgers and Angels fan. Yes, I know it's weird to have two teams. Don't know how it happened as I don't like the Clippers.

Watched the parade from my office window today...so thankful I didn't have to be on the street when that was going on. Though I did have to sneak in through the loading dock since the cops wouldn't let me near my own building. Glad to have the partying behind us...maybe this weekend will calm down a bit.
