I would like to try a tablet for some sketching.I have never used one before but im still intrigued.Any suggestions on brands and model #?I use a MAC for all my other computer stuff so if that matters.Thanks..Matt

Hey Matt,
I've used tablets a few times and have some friends that are into digital sketching and design work. Not sure exactly which models are best, but they swear by Wacom. I know they make entery level tablets as well as more professional ones. If you have been looking into them I'm sure you've come across the name. Good luck, would like to hear a follow up on what you decide on.

Thanks for the reply,I ended up getting the Wacom Intuos4 medium size pad..its pretty cool..This is the first time I have used Photoshop.I really love sketching on paper with a pencil or a black ballpoint pen but this is awesome.I will post up pictures of my progress..GOD please let there be progress!!!

Thanks for the reply,I ended up getting the Wacom Intuos4 medium size pad..its pretty cool..This is the first time I have used Photoshop.I really love sketching on paper with a pencil or a black ballpoint pen but this is awesome.I will post up pictures of my progress..GOD please let there be progress!!! Curious what version of Photoshop you're using? CS5 has what I think is the greatest thing ever for folks that draw sketch with a tablet- the rotate view tool. If you've got CS5 check it out...
