We are getting really excited for this show. Travis will be exhibiting a series based on "People and their pets" as well as some Lovecraftian entities, and Kris will be showing an array of his sculptural works as well as a few of his incredible, intricate drawings. Here is a teaser of a drawing in the works!

Remarkable. While I was definitely impressed and loved his sculptural work when I first was exposed to his work years ago, I was equally taken aback by his insane proficiency with the brush and the pencil..which is seemingly all but overlooked. Glad it'll get some limelight this go around. Some of his early photorealisitic paintings of flowers and people are downright mindblowing.

I'm liking Travis' new body of work. Looks more detailed with the full-body shots. Here's another. More here.

I liked his G1988 show much better. The quality of the work in this show is astounding as usual but the images just don't appeal to me much.

I like how Travis is playing with proportions, making both creatures and the entire images look even weirder... plus, Im especially happy to see that the drawing I purchased recently turned into a WICKED painting for this show (prob my fav from this show as well)!!! ..

since Travis posted this on his Facebook, I thought it might be ok to share it - "Gentleman Cthulhu", 11 x 17.25”, Acrylic on board: and matching drawing I scored recently (probably one of my fav pieces I own).. Im amazed with how many details are THE SAME on the drawing and the final piece: (sorry, I couldn't pass up this opportunity to show off)

Really love this piece..and like this theme including some more natural animals than surrealist creatures.
