I bought a small OG from Nucleus a couple weeks ago during the preview event and they had preview images for each piece.
I received the painting in the mail very recently and there are sections of other works hanging off the edge (cut off by the frame). I think it was on the same piece of paper but not enough whtie space to crop out. I checked the website and they had added framed images, but not until after I had purchased it.
It kind of bugs me enough that I won't put it up and would really like a refund. I emailed them a week ago and haven't heard back, but I will give them a call on monday. Has anyone had any similar issues?

I have not but I would think a gallery would want to keep a customer happy, can you post images

Sure, I picked up this piece: www.gallerynucleus.com/detail/14465#.UJg8XMXA98EDuring checkout, the only image available was the third one, which was obviously photoshopped if you look at the framed image. Nobody picks up their phones on either the gallery or the store line. Nobody replies to emails.

through my experience collecting I have come to realize not to expect all art to be perfect in terms of quality and materials.
Normally art that is priced low is of lower quality. This is not saying there is anything wrong with the work representation or concept wise, but more that you can't hold a $100 work to the same standard of a $10k work.
I would guess that if there is no blatant damage more than likely it is how the artist gave the work to the gallery.

How did you pay? Also, you mentioned the third image. When I clicked the link there is only one image.
If you paid by credit card, call the customer service number and charge back the transaction.

NM, I understand your concern now. I would send them a nice but direct email asking for a packing slip and a refund. If they dont respond then consider if you ever want to do business with them again. If the answer is no then call your credit card company and charge back the transaction. If you purchased through some other method you are more than likely SOL and should consider it caveat emptor (or however the hell you spell it)
