Don't forget "Just The Girls" canvas last week - I think that one did sell for $4500 'ish? Loving that "Regina" - its one of my holes but not for $8K! Yeah, Regina is wonderful and lacking from my collection as well. However, I too could never stomach anything near what most sellers attempt to get for it....but never do. It's gorgeous. But ultimately, it's just The Creatrix cropped, reprinted, and repackaged in a nicer manner. Plus, it's actually a fairly large edition size (60), but is quite large too. Go figure. No way this one sells. I think the highest I'd go for it would maybe be $5k. I remember considering grabbing it originally for $3k..oh well. And Just the Girls has never done it for me. But you are right about it being listed recently and selling. It's amazing how many rare art pieces you see come up for sale in times of economic uncertainty, with them being purely luxury, nonessential goods. Great time to buy. Crossing my fingers for that canvas Sputnik. I'd find a way to afford it.

Hey, The last canvas Sputnik to sell on EBay went for $18,500.00 via a buy in now. I believe it was at least 9 months back or so. It wasn't up for that long before it went.

I've been pondering the idea of letting go of either my Cecilia or Debutante.

[ So sad I let go of my Ecstasy of Cecelia a few years back. (bills) [/quote] One of my very favorite images, wished forever for Porterhouse to reissue it in a canvas giclee like they did for Sputnik. It's been forever since I can afford them.

I'm not opposed to trading, if you want to PM me a list. I've been pondering the idea of letting go of either my Cecilia or Debutante. Open to trades?

Every few years I search the web to check on interest in the Angel of Meat. I own number 23/50 purchased from the Mendenhall Gallery in 1998. I am very interested in selling and will go to ebay if I must. I am in Northeastern Pennsylvania and will gladly respond to anyone who wishes to reply. Robert bender2000@verizon.net
