Hey Guys,
Just wanted to inform you that my show is premiering tonight at 10:00pm on MSNBC. This is the one about homeless kids living in San Diego. I lived with them for 5 weeks and I am very proud of it since it was shot, produced, and edited it by me, and also because the subject matter was so compelling. Meet Ivan, Niki, Cassandra and Erich, and let them take you into the reality of being young, homeless, and vulnerable on the streets of San Diego. It is called Runaways:Ocean Beach and barring any breaking news it should air!!!!!
Also tomorrow night another show which I shot and produced with a great team called Intervention In Depth for A&E will air. It takes a look at the problem of prescription drug abuse and the impact it has on a community vs just the individual. FYI more people this year will die of prescription drug abuse in the Tampa area than car accidents.
Time: 10:00PM Channel: MSNBC Show: RUNAWAYS: OCEAN BEACH
Time 10:00PM Channel: A&E Show: Intervention In Depth: Prescription Addiction Thanks for your support!!!!

hey.. just read this thread and so happens i caught some of it last night (caught the part where it was this lady's 3rd pregnancy and she was getting in a fight w/ her boyfriend of where they were going to sleep for the night). very mindboggling and i have very mixed feelings about these runaways. on one hand i felt like they are just a bunch of useless leeches, and on another I feel alot of sympathy for them (life dealt alot of them with a sh*tty hand and they've lived this lifestyle for so long, it is difficult for them to function with the rest of society). unfortunately I was unable to finish the entire show, but nice job from what I saw... I learned quite a bit on a subject i was totally unfamiliar about

I wish I had read this earlier. Have you seen Children Underground? Its a documentary about homeless kids in Romania. Pretty intense.
