wow. that is quite the picturesque setting for an art collection. initially, i was struck by the vantage from the windows of the first couple pics too. and while i knew you were somewhere in england, it looked strikingly like the rolling hills of pennsylvania...or some other mid-atlantic, rural locale. needless to say, this panoramic picture with all the country architecture squashes any similarities. you certainly wouldn't find that anywhere in the states. so awesome! quite jealous!!

tessar, you should defintely start collecting.
i'm always jealous of my artist friends, who are able to trade their work with other artists.

i'm always jealous of my artist friends, who are able to trade their work with other artists. there are numerous instances where artists end up with great work from other artists as gifts, trades, or well below "market" value. this is a definite advantage an artist/collector has going for them.

I've finally hung some of the pieces up. I'm debating whether to box-frame that choe's piece with rail-thin maple or white one so the piece will pop out itself and be ready to be hung. Here are the photos... matthew palladino and david choe pieces as well as plenty of artist books... finally got the 2nd kirkpatrick and paired it up with the other. i think it gives out a balanced feeling. bruno 9li

Nice collection. The yellow wall really helps make the paintings pop. Pretty cool that the Palladino piece has yellow accents ... likewise with the Bruno 9li. Nice pickup on the Palladino, really dug the ghost series he had at White Walls. The Kirkpatricks look really nice paired together. I've finally hung some of the pieces up. I'm debating whether to box-frame that choe's piece with rail-thin maple or white one so the piece will pop out itself and be ready to be hung.

Beautiful Audrey Epic! Wanted to share part of Pirovino's KAWS collection. I must bow down to his completeness... I have one of these suckers but seeing this makes me want to get them all.
