thanks for sharing henry. some lovely pieces there. the jo jackson piece is especially wonderful. really don't see her work around as much as it is deserved.

some choice work, indeed. the campbell and static are particularly nice. thanks for sharing.
such an iconic miller piece too. came very close to grabbing one of the spoof rocky vi series originals on paper last month. if only i could afford an og iteration of lonely guy.

some solid stuff volvic. I like the Joe Jackson. I MUST HAVE ONE OF THOSE CATHERINE MARTIN SKULLS! It's killing me. not much movement since last year but a few small additions (kaws and polly morgan) and a re frame on the josh keyes which have been amended at the top

Finally added a tim barber to my collection after seeing his show last year, its like my own private portal to new york. I cant wait to get this framed and on the wall....pictures to follow

I love that piece by Lafe Eaves. I soon as I saw the images from the show it stood out to me. Great pick up. Reminds me slightly of this work by Tauba. The one that got away...

You and half a dozen other people on this forum it would seem Neil. We all turned it down at prices ranging from $5k to $15k depending on how lucky the gallerist was feeling that day. I got flamed for saying this before but the truth is that that's not a very good Auerbach and there's plenty of people, it seems, who agreed with that when being offered it at market price before the hype went berserk. The fact that it sold for $60,000, or whatever it was, at auction seems to have somehow made it 'sexy' and part of the short lived but identifiable history of her rise to stardom, which will kind of make it iconic. But it's a shit painting. Sorry.
